CapGrow’s mission is to be highly focused on the research process and methodology in selecting stocks. We, as PMS managers, strongly believe in market/economic cycles and try to capture the returns after understanding where we are in the cycle. CapGrow is essentially a value investor in growth businesses. We place value first, but often demand growth potential in our investments. Our team believes that stock performance, is facilitated by the presence of a catalyst; we understand that companies do not operate in a vacuum and both micro and macro factors are critical in determining outcomes. We carefully evaluate the fundamentals of each business in our portfolio, and in addition we assess the impact of current and expected scenarios of the economy on our investment. The Companies (both in the listed and private space) are also analyzed for comparative purposes. The financial statements for last 10 years of companies that stand out in terms of their competitive advantage are analyzed and financial projections are made for next 5 years.
